Welcome to 1malaysia, an online gaming platform built exclusively for Malaysia users. This Terms and Conditions document contains the rules and guidelines governing the relationship between 1malaysia ("we", "the platform") and every user who registers or uses our services ("you", "member").

1malaysia operates under an official licence and is subject to international compliance standards. We conduct our operations transparently and responsibly, prioritising the safety, fairness, and satisfaction of our members in every aspect of our services.

1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the 1malaysia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. 1malaysia takes the protection of minors seriously and conducts periodic age verification checks.
• Be an individual registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not be subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gaming activities.
• Have never been banned or had an account suspended by 1malaysia previously due to a terms violation.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1malaysia reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts unable to verify these requirements will be suspended until the verification process is complete. Falsifying eligibility information is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1malaysia platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances and bonuses.

When registering, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. We recommend using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Notifying 1malaysia immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your profile information whenever changes occur, such as a new phone number or address.

1malaysia will not be held responsible for any losses arising from sharing your login credentials with another party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the 1malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a variety of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and international bank transfers.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account automatically upon transaction confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
• 1malaysia does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via local payment methods.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (source of funds principle).
• The first withdrawal requires KYC verification to be fully completed.
• 90% of withdrawals via TNG eWallet and DuitNow are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Local bank transfers take 1 to 3 business days.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on the 1malaysia platform is subject to the specific rules of each game category. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals can be made on completed game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bets vary by game category and are set by the respective game providers.
• Bets placed during a disconnection or system disruption will not be automatically voided — our system records bets at the moment they are received by the server.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

While 1malaysia strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous service availability free from technical issues. To the extent permitted by law:

• 1malaysia is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• 1malaysia is not responsible for financial losses incurred by members as a result of wagering decisions made by the members themselves.
• Information provided on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

1malaysia's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Account Closure

You may close your 1malaysia account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses with unfulfilled requirements remain.

1malaysia reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Serious or repeated violations of the terms and conditions.
• Request from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed at the member's own request, any remaining balance will be returned in full after all required verifications are completed. For closures due to violations, 1malaysia reserves the right to withhold the balance depending on the circumstances.

10 Terms Amendment

1malaysia reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period indicates your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without any penalty.

11 Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the 1malaysia platform and these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the following process:

• First stage: Amicable resolution between the member and 1malaysia within 30 days from the date the dispute is reported.
• Second stage: If negotiation fails, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant authorities.
• Final stage: Competent courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that cannot be settled through arbitration.
